Returns

Any purchase related issues, Missprint is always at your service!

  • All you need to do is click at EASY RETURNS tab or email us at care@missprintclothing.com along with your order number.
  • Items purchased may be returned within 15 days of purchase.
  • If your net invoice value after return is less than INR 999/-, an amount of Rs. 90/- will be deducted from your refund against shipping charge.
  • Only items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and clear of cosmetic marks and with all original tags attached are returnable.
  • While shipping return, mention the RMA number on the outer box packing.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable.
  • Make sure that you obtain a tracking number for your records. Missprint is not responsible for lost returns. 
  • Items under "Sale" are not eligible for reverse pickup, and will be returned at shipping cost paid by customer only.

Self Ship

  • Select the EASY RETURNS Please add your order details. ( this is a quicker process)
  • If you are unable to use EASY RETURNS , please email us at care@missprintclothing.com.
  • Once you have submitted your return request, Missprint will send you a RMA (return merchandise authorization) email with all the return details.
  • Missprint treasures every minute of our valuable customers. Therefore, we request you to self ship the product to us through any of reliable trackable courier services; like First Flight, DTDC, and Blaze Flash etc. This is the easiest and quickest return route, we suggest to all our customers.
  • While shipping return, mention the RMA number on the outer box packing.
  • We will refund an additional amount of Rs. 50/- per 500gms, which will be added to the total refund amount.

Reverse Pick Up

  • If you are unable to self ship your orders do not worry! All you need to do is reply to the RMA email sent to you requesting for a reverse pick up from Missprint. We shall get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Please be patient as it will take little longer for your refund to process, if you choose reverse pick up. This happens as the third party courier service will be informed and thereafter the pickup will be conducted.
  • Nonetheless, if your area is not serviceable under reverse pickup from us, you are requested to either provide us with an alternate address which is serviceable or arrange for a self ship mode.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refund processing will begin once the merchandise has arrived at our warehouse.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the refund to process.
  • An email notification will be sent once your refund has been processed.
  • You can also track the status of your return request by navigating to EASY RETURNS.
  • Refunds will be made only in the original mode of payment.
  • Missprint will send you the refund of COD orders through NEFT in your bank account. We keep it super simple for your convenience. All you need to do is reply to the RMA email with your –

                 1) Bank Name
                 2) Account number
                 3) IFSC Code

  • Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly statement. 

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will be emailed a gift credit for the value of your return in form of Missprint coupon voucher code, redeemable online.
  • Navigate to EASY RETURNS page to begin the process. Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, a gift coupon will be emailed to you.

Exchange

  • Case 1: you need a different size of the same product your ordered: Head on EASY RETURNS page and return your original order for a full refund before making new purchase. Or Missprint can easily email you a Missprint Coupon Voucher Code of the exact refund value which can be used any time later by you for a gorgeous purchase.
