International Shipping & Returns

International Availability

  • MISSPRINT welcomes all its overseas customers to begin binge shopping as we have already started shipping to US & UK.
  • We are more than happy to pamper and ship your orders from other parts of the world too. All you need to do is mail us at care@missprintclothing.com or you can also just ping us on Missprint’ s Facebook messenger (Click Here) with the following details –
  • Your Country with your Zip Code
  • The product styles with your garment sizes and product number. Missprint Support will get back you within 24 hours.
  • You always have an option to return the product within 15 days of delivery. For return related information kindly read through International Returns.

International Shipping & Handling

  • At MISSPRINT we ship all our international orders with UPS/FEDEX/DHL. 
  • We advise you to pay through PayPal for International Orders.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Missprint emails you with the tracking details.
  • A flat shipping and handling fee for INR 1350/- is charged on all US and UK orders.
  • For other countries shipping details and handling charges email us at care@missprintclothing.com

Customs and Import Duty

  • All international order is shipped from our HQ in Jaipur, India via UPS/DHL/FEDEX.
  • Due to the nature of international shipping, you may have to pay additional import duties and taxes. The large majority of orders shipped to US might not have to pay any additional fees.
  • In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
  • To make your shopping experience effortless, Missprint arranges with UPS/DHL/FEDEX to custom clear your goods and delivers them at your doorstep.
  • If you are presented with an invoice from UPS/DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay the total invoice at the time of delivery.

International Returns 

  • For return related procedure kindly visit our website, click on the EASY RETURNS tab and follow the instructions.
  • Only items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and clear of cosmetic marks affixed with all original tags are returnable.
  • Refunds are issued only through the original payment method. We advise you to use a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • You need to keep your courier details until the return process is completed. Returns must be accompanied with the Original Invoice with the RMA issued by Missprint.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers have to bear for the shipping costs to return the goods to our below mentioned address.

    Refund Processing

    • Refund processing will begin once the merchandise reaches Missprint, Jaipur HQ.
    • Please allow 10-14 days for the refund to process.
    • An email notification will be sent once your refund has been processed.
    • You can also track the status of your return request by using EASY RETURNS.
    • Refunds will be made only in the original mode of payment.
    • Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly account statement. 

    Refused Packages

    • You can cancel your order within 8 hours after placement. Once the order is shipped it can't be cancelled.
    • Refusals to international shipments are not acceptable. If an international order is refused, the courier companies are instructed to destroy the package within 48 to 72 hours. Therefore, no refunds are made by Missprint.
